Yesterday, I found some awesome recipes for my new diet, and re-created some of them today. They turned out really well so I thought I would share my favorite one with you. It is a recipe from cafedelights.com called, Breakfast Egg Muffins. You won't need any flour or baking powder, and they're also gluten-free!
It was literally SO easy to make, and the ingredients are probably already in your fridge.

I'm so excited for March! It has always brought me joy, because my birthday and all of my other favorite things happen during this month. For example, I love the start of spring, with flowers of every color and long rows of pink trees. My favorite thing EVER is when the temperature is just right, and there's a light breeze blowing through my hair. It's the perfect weather to window shop or eat at an outdoor restaurant and just be comfortable.
I live for that feeling, when the car windows go down, the sun is out, and life's good.
The same way the leaves fall off of trees in the fall and are replaced by beautiful flowers in the spring, I am letting go of my old habits and starting new ones.
You will definitely catch me eating fruit, playing uplifting music, and reading my Bible more often. Not because I'm trying to show how great I am. I want to put more thought into what goes into my body, physically, spiritually, and mentally. My toxic habits have got to go.
This month I plan to not only enjoy the weather, but also focus on accomplishing my goals. The sun shine will be my reward.
